Where are the membership policies?
Please enquire at one of our toy libraries for a copy of our membership policies.
Will you renew my subscription automatically?
No, your membership will not be automatically renewed.
Do you offer any concessions?
Our toy library membership is one of the lowest in Melbourne and us mainly funded by our members. As membership is partially subsidised by the local council, we do not offer any concessions.
Do I need to do duty?
Our toy library branches are run by members and volunteers. We believe this partnership builds a stronger community. Find out the many ways you can volunteer here.

Do you accept toy donations?
Toy donations are welcome. We appreciate donations of new or second hand toys that are safe and in good condition. For hygiene reasons we do not accept soft toys. Email us to arrange drop-off of donated toys at info@monashtoylibraries.com.au
Borrowing Toys
How long can I borrow the toys for? Where to return?
Toys can be borrowed for three (3) weeks, and can be renewed once through the self-service online portal. Go to Member Login to renew.
Members can borrow and return toys from any of the four branches during opening hours.
What are the conditions of borrowing and returning toys?
Before borrowing and returning, check all pieces are accounted for. Pack toys ready for the next child when returning. A $5 fine applies for missing or broken pieces. Read more about Toy Care, here.

Hours open
When are you NOT open?
Our toy libraries close on Public Holidays and over January, to enable us to undertake maintenance and stocktake. Other than that the branches are only closed when we do not have enough members support to open them.
